The husband or BF is stupid. His talk is annoying, stupid and disrespectful. My guess is that the guy is incapable of pleasing a woman. I don't know if she is acting or if her orgasms are real. Assuming the latter and I were hubby, I would be caressing her, kissing her, and encouraging her to have as much sexual release as possible.
